    Starting at a new gym can be daunting, even scary, especially if you haven’t exercised in a long…long time… At BayWay CrossFit we are offering you a free week so we can show you our community, our supportive members, and our Trainers are so friendly and supportive, to help you achieve all of your fitness goals.

    What To Expect In Your Free Week

    In your free week trial, you will join in our everyday classes with all of our current members…BUT don’t worry, every day we break down the workout before we even start moving, we demonstrate every movement and give modification options to suit anyone, regardless of current fitness level.

    You do not have to be in shape to start. We can create custom workouts for you daily so that you are getting the intended stimulus for the day.

    Our friendly and experienced trainers are with you every step of the way to ensure you move safely and effectively. It is our job to make sure that you come back tomorrow and the next day and are able to put forth the full effort every time you walk through the door.

    No matter your fitness goal, BayWay CrossFit can help you get there. Almost everyone who starts at BWCF comes in looking to get in shape. Everyone will help you because they were there at one point. We have the most welcoming fitness community in the Baytown area and the free week will show you!
