Do I need to be in shape first?

No. You do not need to be in shape to start. That is what we are here for. Every workout can be
adjusted to your current fitness level, and our coaches will help you move safely, build
confidence, and take the next right step.

Is CrossFit safe for beginners?

Yes. At BayWay CrossFit, beginners are coached through the movements, taught proper form, and given options that fit their ability level. You will not be expected to do anything you are not ready for. Our goal is to help you train safely, consistently, and confidently.

What happens during the free class?

It’s hard to know if you will like something without trying it first. In your class we will take you through a customized workout that meets you where you are at, and allow you get the best workout possible. After the class we will help you find a plan that works best for you and your goals.

What if I am nervous?

That is completely normal. A lot of people feel nervous before they start. You will not be judged, pressured, or thrown into something you are not ready for. We are here to meet you where you are, help you feel comfortable, and guide you one step at a time.
