200m Run

20 Sit-ups

20 Squat Jumps

20 Push Ups

Rest 1:1
***rest 1:1 means you rest the amount of time it took you to do that round. For example, if it takes you 50 seconds to complete the first round you rest for 50 seconds before starting round 2.
