Partner 2:

400m run
The way this works is partner one begins on the Amrap while partner to is running a 400 m run. Whenever partner to gets back from the 400 m run they pick up on the Amrap where ever partner one is. At the end of the workout you will score the number a 400 m runs completed in one of the rounds and you will complete the number of reps completed in the other round the computer automatically add up the two rounds and that will be your total score
