CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program used by many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, professional athletes, housewives and soccer moms world wide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
Each CrossFit gym has a similar program: Constantly Varied, High Intensity, Functional Movements. But that is where the similarity ends. The question we ask, “Would you take your car to a mechanic just because their prices were cheaper?” CrossFit gyms are the same way.
What makes a CrossFit gym great is the Coaches, and at BayWay CrossFit we have the best. We have one of the most educated training staff in the area from multiple Level 2 CrossFit trainers to Degrees in Exercise Physiology. We understand the best interests of our athletes and we continue to listen and evolve as the wants and needs of our community change.
