This summer we are going to run a 5 week weight loss challenge ending in the Fall. We want to create a community competition that will drive everyone to be a little better. This competition will run from July 13th – August 19th.

We are only going to charge $10 for this competition and will use the money to buy prizes for our winner(s). The more people that enter the more prizes we will give. The grand prize will be one month free of Unlimited Membership as long as all guidelines are met. We will have a sign up sheet at the gym on Monday,July 6th.

Each week after weigh ins we will create a spreadsheet that will be sent out showing where everyone is ranked. It will not be everyone’s weights it will be the percentage lost or gained. No one other than you and our staff will know what you weigh.

The guidelines, the ranking system and the $10 entry fee is our way of keeping participants accountable. We want you to be the best versions of your selves.

 

Here are the guidelines:

  1. We will be scoring the event by percent of body weight loss.
  2. You will be required to submit a spreadsheet of every Wednesday of the previous week’s meals.
    1. Meal Tracking Specifics: (Chart attached below)
      1. You must eat breakfast everyday. (Must be entered every day every week)
      2. You need to have a protein, carbohydrate and fat in each meal
      3. You need at least four full day’s entries per week.
  3. Weekly weigh in – you must weigh in at the gym every Wednesday.
  4. No water pills, laxatives, diuretics or weight loss supplements.

***In order to be eligible for the grand prize you must meet these guidelines. If you fail to complete one of the guidelines you will be eliminated from the grand prize.
